This week in class, George and Shane went back to Home Depot and purchased wood, screws, and pvc pipe. We also began cutting the wood that will be the outter shell of the spike strip. The cuts turned out to be more difficult to make then we originally thought because of the awkwardness of the angles and how we had to use the table saw to get the cut the way we needed. Once we figured out how to cut the first one, with assistance from Mr. H., the other was alot easier to do.
